Bio
Tereza Ordyan was born in 1982 in Yerevan, Armenia. In 1999-2004 she studies at the State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia, faculty of design and decorative-applied arts and was qualified as a painter-stylist. She participated in a number of exhibitions during her student years.
In 2009 she became a member of Artists’ Union of Armenia. She participated in in the international exhibitions ARvesT Expo ’15-’19 in Armenia. Since 2015 she has been taking part in international exhibitions in Paris, San Donato in Poggio, Miami, Florence, Monte Carlo, Dubai, Barcelona, Mantua, Rome, Vatican, Venice.
She has been painting on silk using the “cold batik” technique since her student years.
She likes the imaginary world and transfers the invisible onto the visible plane in her artworks by putting the Universe and Nature through her creative prism.
Flowing and intermingling sunny colours give ethereal touch to her artworks.
